A twist on the classic americano aperitif cocktail. Compaired to the original recipe we've left out the vermouth, but kept the gin and switched campari for Hana. Topped with tonic to have that extra bitterness to make this a perfect aperitif drink!

The recipe:

4cl     Hana Cherry Blossom

3cl     Suntory Roku Gin

10cl   Tonic

Garnish: Zest of lemon

Glass: Tumbler


Add the Hana & Roku gin to a tumbler filled with ice, quick stirr these ingredients. Top off with 10cl of tonic and garnish with a lemon zeste.

Extra tips:

- You like it even more bitter? Add 1cl of Campari or Suze to have that extra layer of bitterness
